Gift Certificates
We have Gift Certificates available for Valentine’s day, Mother’s day, Birthdays, Holidays, or when you think someone simply needs a gift of a clean house.
Gift Certificates can be purchased for a minimum of $100 and up. The $100.00 will apply to the actual cleaning. We accept all sorts of payments including Debit and Credit cards over the phone or we can email you an invoice after we have been to the house for the walkthrough.
Call us if your recipient needs a “full deep clean.” We can tailor your Gift Certificate up to any amount, and we can take your payment over the phone, using a debit or credit card, or I can send you an invoice. Your recipient will receive the certificate via telephone (TEXT MESSAGE) or you can purchase it in person when I clean your home. Cleaning Gift Certificate Information
Please select the type of cleaning you would like to gift to a friend or loved one.
There is a $100 minimum to schedule a cleaning and estimate walkthrough:
- $25 covers the in-home estimate
- The remaining $75 is applied toward the cleaning service
Estimated Cleaning Time & Pricing
There is a $100 minimum to schedule a cleaning and estimate walkthrough:
- 5 hours
- 2 cleaners: $325
- 3 cleaners: $375
- 7 hours
- 2 cleaners: $440
- 3 cleaners: $500
Prices may vary depending on the size and condition of the property. An in-person estimate will provide the most accurate timeframe and pricing.
Cleaning Options
You may choose one of the following services:
- Clean kitchen and bathrooms (up to 2.5 bathrooms)
- Clean kitchen, bathrooms (2.5), and living room
- Clean up to 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms (2.5), living or family room, and playroom
- Interior and exterior window cleaning, plus 2-inch blinds or plantation shutters, as many rooms as time allows
- Clean kitchen (no interior appliances), dining room, living room, 1.5 bathrooms (no master bathroom), and dusting in these areas only
- Whole house cleaning (may take more than one day depending on size and condition)

Estimate and Cleaning Minimum
The $100 minimum covers:
- $25 for the in-home estimate walkthrough
- $75 applied toward the cleaning service
Cleaning must be discussed and approved with the homeowner. Any remaining balance is to be paid by the homeowner.
