FAQ
Thank you for inquiring about … Please note, if this an “overall”, first time, or “on going” cleaning, this is a “dual” effort. We like to move at a comfortable pace. If possible, please assist me by removing as much clutter from surfaces as possible, and remove as many things from the floors, so I can sweep/vacuum and mop with ease. Ex: shoes, clothes, plants, extension cords, boxes etc. Please read in full…
Top FAQs:
#1 Do you have a crew?
Normally it’s 2 or 3 of us. For larger jobs I will add more people.
#2 Do you provide your own supplies and equipment?
I bring my own supplies and equipment, if you have a preference, please leave it available. I also prefer to use my own equipment, unless you have 2 or more pets or there’s many areas that's heavily soiled/neglected then I will ask to use your equipment. Also, if the owner is not present, we will ask to use your vacuum, we will empty it if we can when we're done.
# 2a. Do you allow customers to use their own cleaning supplies and equipment?
If your house is immaculate, and your cleaning methods are equal or easier than the way we clean, we’ll gladly use all your equipment and supplies. We are always looking for ways to clean easier, faster and smarter, we certainly do not want to work harder. If your ways are more difficult, such as mop and bucket, and “wring the mop out”, or please use my heavy Kirby or wonderful Rainbow vacuum, there’s a chance we may pass the job, or charge more for the inconvenience. At times we are cleaning large homes, and going up and down stairs, we have really made this task as easy and convenient as possible.
#3 Do you do ceiling fans, baseboards, windows/blinds, (2 inch only or more) stoves, refrigerators, walls, full cabinets with dishes, food or cleaning supplies?
Yes of course! These jobs are done mainly on a Deep Clean. However, we can quick clean all these tasks, if you are on schedule with us. We will check the inside of your large appliances and “spot clean” your oven, and check the inside of your fridge once in awhile if you like. Please let me know during the walk through. If you add many large tasks at one time, your cleaning will require a few cleaning sessions.
#4 Can you come out to give an estimate?
An estimate will require a $25.00 cash fee paid upon arrival – it will be deducted when you book your job within 7 days. 10 days for a Move Out job, The walkthrough fee will be higher for further distances, and it will not apply to the cleaning. It is for time and gas. Sending photos, and a phone estimate is free.
#5 How much can I expect to get done when you come out?
It depends on the condition of your home is how much we will get done. Lightly dirty homes will get more cleaning done then a “brace yourself” home. You select either 5 or 7hrs of cleaning, 2 or 3 ladies for your first time cleaning. When that day is over, that cleaning session is over. Large homes, cluttered, or homes that haven’t had a good cleaning, in a long time, will need several cleaning sessions. For multiple cleaning days you will get a discount.
#6 When are you available?
Currently from 8am-1pm Mon-Fri. Sat/Sun by appointment only. My bigger jobs with no families living inside, (empty homes), I tend to work late nights (sometimes) I try not to, but I do. Currently there is no Commerial night hours cleaning.
#7 How do you schedule?
Weekly, biweekly or monthly are reserved for Scheduled Customers on Tues. Wed. and Thurs. Deep cleans, Move ins/Outs, Post Construction etc.- Big "one time jobs" are on Fri, Sat (if neccessary) and Mondays. You must get an estimate and a Deep clean first, before getting on a schedule. If you do not want to do a full deep cleaning that's fine, we can break up your areas and get more as we go.
#8 Do you clean by the “job” or by the “hour”?
We clean by the job, we clean what has been discussed. We will get ALL THAT WE CAN, with the amount of hours that you have selected. I don’t offer 3hrs for the 1st cleaning unless it’s an “lightly dirty” apartment that we’re cleaning. Please Do Not add tasks as we are wrapping up. To keep confusion down, I deal with one family member. Please coordinate cleaning needs with one member of the home, normally it’s the lady of the house.
#9 Do you offer yard clean-ups?
No, not at this time. Check with us during the fall months for leaf and pine cones, small branches etc. we may be available on Saturdays. We also offer Pressure Washing, including sidewalks, driveways, fences, etc.
#10 Anything you won’t clean?
We try to be as accommodating as possible. However, we don’t clean ceiling fans way beyond reach, any elegant or fancy chandler lights; fancy dining room lights, or in general, expensive lighting/lamps, any really heavy urine odors or messes from animals or people, too many insect droppings in general – or ANY Extreme hard to reach places that our ladder can’t reach; NO CEILINGS at all. Either we will not get these areas, or if we do decide to get it, it will be an extra charge. We don’t clean pet cages/litter boxes. We’re not crazy about removing portraits, art work/paintings off the wall to clean and rehang especially, those with glass. We don’t clean a trash receptacle that looks like it’s never been cleaned; generally ones under the kitchen sink - we don’t clean inside toilet brush holders, we won’t “wet wipe” 1 inch mini blinds, or take curtains down. We don’t make Bunk Beds or beds against the walls (we need to be able to “walk around” the bed to make it). For changing linen, please have a fresh set on the corner of the bed (if it's thrown in the middle we don't know if its clean or dirty). Dishes - we normally don't handle sinks full of dirty dishes however, the few items that may be left in your sink we will load it into your "empty" dishwasher. For our Elderly, and special needs, we are more accommodating. For any thing else that we normally don't do, we'll phone/text before we do it, and bill for the extra service. You'll get billed extra if we have to empty your dishwasher, and then load a sink full of dirty dishes.
#11 Do you Shampoo Carpets?
I’m sorry, we don’t. We only vacuum
carpets. But I know someone who does!
#12 Do you offer a “one time” overall, deep clean up?
Yes we do. I will have to give an estimate.
#13 When is the best time to call?
The best time to call is after you have filled out the get an estimate form. I don't have A.I. answering service yet, and often I am extremely busy with so many other aspects of the buisness. I / We’ll get back to you asap. I generally don’t return calls on Sundays, (and probably won’t answer), but I will confirm a cleaning between 4-6pm on Sunday, for a Monday. If canceling please do so asap, (48 hrs best) and I’ll do the same. Please avoid canceling the night or morning of. I understand we all have emergencies. You can text 24/7
#14 Do you move furniture?
Yes, some moving and lifting is expected. But if you’re looking for a deep cleaning, please have items moved away from walls/ windows prior to us coming… at least 3ft especially if you're looking for windows and baseboards to be cleaned and you have shiny new hardwood floors. We will not slide heavy furniture on your floors.

Cash. All electronic payments, there’s a 4% interest charge. With the exception of most Venmo and currently all cash app payments, there’s NO extra charges. If the owner is not present,( myself) please pay electronically. Venmo or Cash app is preferred. I can accept Paypal, or send an invoice for Debit or Credit Cards, Or take a CC over the phone. For some reason I can not accept Zelle
#16a - Do you charge extra for homes with pets?
Yes and no! We don’t charge a set fee per pet. Instead, pricing is based on the amount of pet hair, dander, and mess we see during your walkthrough.
Homes with multiple pets or heavy-shedding animals typically require more time and work to clean, so the overall cleaning price may be higher than it would be for a home without pets.
For example, if you have non-shedding dogs, such as Labradoodles, and your pets don’t leave behind any significant hair or mess, there may be no additional charge at all.
On the other hand, homes with heavy-shedding dogs, multiple cats, or significant pet-related cleanup will generally cost more because of the additional cleaning required.
#17 How far do you travel?
Mainly the Pee Dee areas. However, we will travel if the job is large enough, or the pay is great; we're coming! If it means staying in a hotel for the weekend so be it! Traveling expenses will be added.
#18 What do I get in a deep clean?
You get a whole lot! The less cluttered, your place is the more will get done! However, the dirtier your house is, the more time/days it would take. It always goes back to what was discussed on the walkthrough.
#19 Are you licensed, bonded and Insured?
We're licensed and insured. My bond have expired, i'll renew it sooner or later. I'm 1000 % honest, I don't believe in taking NOTHING I haven't earned, I also run backround checks on people that I hire. I do ask that you secure ALL valuables, I personally have no interest in NO valuables, that is yours not mine. However, don't leave a candy jar on a kitchen counter, that I will raid. LOL Just joking. I'm also a fitness competitor and I now have my sugar under control! YES!! Ditching that habit, I lost 40lbs!
